How to use this tracker?
- Customize Your Habits: Each column header uses an icon to represent a specific habit (such as exercise, healthy eating, reading, hydration, and more). You can edit these icons to match the habits you want to track.
- Track Daily Progress: For each day, simply tick the checkbox under the habit you completed. This visual approach makes it easy to see your progress at a glance.
- Add Notes: There’s a “Note to Self” column where you can jot down reflections, challenges, or motivational reminders for each day.
- Stay Consistent: By reviewing your tracker regularly, you can spot patterns, identify habits that need more attention, and celebrate your wins.
- Weekly Reset: At the end of the week, uncheck the boxes to start fresh, or duplicate the page to maintain a record of your progress over time.
